went to the 9.00 am service at Heritage UMC and met Mark and Debbie Meier for the service. After the service, took them to the Blue Cow in Morrison for brunch. After lunch, they returned to Conifer and we decided to head home to collect our bikes for a ride around Bear Lake as it was such a lovely day. Being a weekend, Bear lake was very busy with lots of hikers, cyclists and horse riders. Took this shot with usual camera, f11, 1/320.

Another beautiful day. After our lecture, this morning, at Heritage Church, by Pemba Dorje Sherpa on scaling Everest, we packed a picnic lunch and headed for Bear Lake. Shot these two riders at the stables. Then a bit further on the trail we saw these riders in the distance, ascending Mount Carbon. Camera the usual at f11. 1/160 and f11, 1/400, ISO 100

Decided to give our bike ride a miss this morning because of the very cold wind. A strong wind is one thing that takes the enjoyment out of a bike ride, especially if it is a very cold wind. Took this shot of the neighbor's cat from our patio, the usual camera at f10, 1/125. This shot of the big stinks at lunch. f10, 1/200
